Nicky believes yoga is for everybody. His classes are relaxed, welcoming and completely free from judgement — whether it's your first time on a mat or your thousandth.
Family friendly Yoga Flow on Thursday evenings (children 5+ welcome) and a longer adult practice on Saturdays. Come exactly as you are — you'll leave lighter, stronger and more grounded.

You'll often find Lisa and Jen behind the scenes helping Claire keep everything running smoothly — serving up the best drinks with a smile, and welcoming everyone who walks through our doors with the warmest hugs.
Through some of Claire's most challenging times, these incredible ladies have been a constant source of support, friendship and encouragement. Like so many of us, Lisa and Jen are on their own journeys of healing, growth and self-discovery — and Claire feels truly honoured to have them by her side as part of The Healing Centre family.
