Practitioner profile
"Yoga is for everybody. Come exactly as you are."
Nicky believes yoga is for everybody. His classes are relaxed, welcoming and completely free from judgement — whether you're stepping onto a mat for the very first time or have been practising for years.
With a calm and encouraging teaching style, Nicky focuses on helping people build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress and reconnect with themselves through movement and breath. Every class is an opportunity to slow down, let go of the outside world and leave feeling lighter, stronger and more grounded.
At The Healing Centre, Nicky creates a safe space where everyone feels included. His Thursday evening sessions are family friendly, welcoming children over the age of 5 to enjoy yoga alongside their parent or carer. Saturday classes offer a slightly longer practice for adults and older teens looking to deepen their yoga journey.
Whether your goal is better mobility, improved mental wellbeing, more confidence or simply an hour to yourself, Nicky will meet you exactly where you are.
