We hold your appointment slot just for you. When you can't make it and don't tell us, we lose the chance to offer that time to someone else who needs it. We've kept this policy fair, simple, and as flexible as we can.
Standard sessions (treatments, ceremonies, classes)

Retreats and multi-day programmes
Retreats have a separate cancellation schedule due to advance booking of venues, food, and practitioners:
- More than 30 days before: full refund minus deposit (deposit is non-refundable)
- 15–30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before: no refund
We strongly recommend retreat travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
Training programmes (Ganja Reiki Level 1 and beyond)
- Deposit is non-refundable from the point of payment, as it secures your place and removes it from the offer pool.
- Full payment is due two weeks before the intake start date.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the start, balance paid (excluding deposit) is fully refundable.
- If you cancel 15–30 days before, 50% of the balance is refundable.
- If you cancel less than 15 days before, no refund is offered.
If you need to defer to a future intake (rather than cancel), we'll usually accommodate this — please get in touch.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your session — illness, emergency, or anything else — we'll offer you a full refund or rebook at a time that suits you. We'll also do our best to give you as much notice as possible.
Exceptional circumstances
We're human. If something genuinely exceptional has happened — bereavement, hospital, etc. — get in touch and we'll do what's right. This policy is the default, not the ceiling.
